The Illusion of Quick-Fix Diets
SPEAKER_00I remember doing the Atkins diet when like Atkins was like the huge fad going on, right? And um I remember how I felt like I just the first couple weeks I remember that first couple weeks is when you're you just you eliminate the um the carbs and obviously you're not used to that and I just remember just feeling horrible like shit, but I did lose weight, right? Like over over the the process of doing this particular diet, I lost weight. But once the diet was over, like once I stopped doing it, you know, and I went back to a normal diet, I like gained weight, I gained a double amount of weight uh after that, you know, and it just it always stuck with me like doing these particular diets, um, these mainstream diets, just always have a sense of like being artificial to me. Um, and at the end of the day, you gotta kind of look at the motivating factor behind a lot of these diets. Um, there's a lot of um, you know, um a profit type of motivation here. And you got to understand the individuals that are pushing these diets are, you know, selling books and selling products and and whatnot. And not that there's anything wrong with trying to make a living. Look, I'm doing it myself. Um but it's important to kind of understand like what the main kind of what the main perspective is for these particular diets. You know, the way we look at society today, everything is about taking a shortcut. It's like the past, the path of least resistance. And I think that's where we're at. I think that's where like if you look at yourself and what you've tried to do to become healthy, what you've tried to do to lose weight, what you've tried to do to, you know, just have a better sense of life and a better vitality. If you are not deconditioned and detached from like the media and and kind of pop culture and whatnot, if you're not any of those things, like most likely you're gonna fall victim to, you know, one of these gimmicks, because these gimmicks, you know, they're not really there to get to the root of any of the causes of this stuff, you know, specifically weight gain, uh, you know, and unhealthy diets. It's more along the lines of how can I live with it? You know, how can I, you know, still eat the things I like and be healthy or still eat the things I like and lose weight or maintain my weight, you know what I mean? Um, which is a which is crazy, but it just kind of shows you like where we are in our relationship with food, right? And I think that's where you truly get to the essence of the problem. Because food has become such a mainstay in our in our culture, such a communicative aspect of our culture, entertaining in our culture. Um, and it's just become something that we look forward to every day. And not that we shouldn't, because I think understanding that our relationship with food and the way it's supposed to be from a natural perspective and being grateful for the fact that we have nourishment and things of that nature is a completely different conversation than man, I can't wait to go out to lunch with my friends and we're going to order it up and we're gonna splurge and gorge, and man, it's gonna be so good, and we're probably gonna feel like shit afterwards, you know. It's a completely different mindset. Um, but that's kind of what has happened. That's kind of what has become of us as a people, you know, from a societal standpoint, you know. Um, and that's difficult to overcome. And I think that's why we end up falling victim to a lot of these different diets and gimmicks and GLP, Ozempic, and pills and supplements and things of this nature, because we want the path of least resistance. But understand that, like when we're talking about change and when we're talking about getting back to our natural state, and we're talking about living in alignment, there's pain that goes along with that because we've put, we have done damage to our bodies. In order to recover from that, there's going to be some pain involved, you know, and that's a hard concept for us to live with, you know. Um, in every aspect of our life, we try to find the path of least resistance. That's just our nature. We're gonna try to get away with as much as we possibly can. But it just takes me back to that Atkins thing. That's before I knew anything about health. Like I was eating like shit, you know, living like shit, was not a happy person, and I wanted a shortcut to lose some weight, and I lost some weight, but the ramifications and the results and the follow-up from that was just for
Navigating the Sea of Diet Information
SPEAKER_00me to gain even more weight than I had before. So that just put more work on my body, and that's the concept we need to start understanding, you know. Um, mostly because if you look at these diets and and and think of it like this it's so hard for you to even understand who to follow. Who should I listen to? Should I listen to RL Melpica? Should I listen to Dr. Moore? Should I listen to the the vegan teacher? Should I listen to, you know, whoever you name it, right? There's a there's thousands of influencers, there are thousands of health coaches, there are thousands of nutrition coaches, right? And then there's even doctors and functional medicine doctors, you know, and then just anybody with a microphone and a camera, you know. So at the end of the day, there is so much going on, so many things, so much information coming at you. Like, how can you even know what the right path is? Right? How would you even know? And that's something I love to touch upon because, like, with me and everything that I share, um, the reason I share what I share is because like as as I've come to these conclusions intuitively and applying these these concepts, my my e-philosophy, and and showing people what it's done for me, it's never in a way to push it on anybody. It's always in a way to see if it aligns with you. Alignment is everything because you're getting bombarded with so much information. The carnivore diet's a big thing right now. Keto diet, big thing, right here. Caveman diet, Mediterranean diet, South Beach diet, all these different things. The GLP is obviously the hottest topic going right now, right? More people are on GLP than they've ever been in their lives, right? Taking the shot or taking the pill to help them lose weight, right? All this information you're bombarded with. How do you know what to follow? And for me, it always comes down to like what resonates with you when you hear it, you know, to be able to listen to your own intuition, to ask yourself, okay, number one, how did I find this person? How did this information come into my life? And to listen to that information, absorb it, and then utilize what resonates with you, and then apply it to your own life, because there is no test, no study that that is ever going to compare with what you do with yourself, right? Take that information, absorb it, let it resonate, see what resonates, and then apply it to your own life, and then that will be your guiding light at the end of the day, right? I speak confidently about my philosophy, about understanding the gold standard of health and how we need to get as close to it as we can because I've applied it to my life. Not because I read a bunch of books, not because I went to a certain schooling, not because I'm certified in this or that, but mainly because I've applied it to my own life, I've seen my wife apply it to her life, my daughter apply elements of it to her life, and I've seen the results. And the people I work with, seeing them apply it to their life and seeing the results. So that's where the confidence comes from. But stepping outside of myself, I completely understand why you would be confused, why it's so difficult to understand what to follow, because you're just you're just hit from so many different angles with all this different information, right? Because there's an influencer right now that may be telling you that, man, to do the exact opposite of what I'm saying. And they could show you proof of results, right? So then you're kind of stuck, you know, like a like a rock in a hard place. You don't know which way to go. But I always say follow your intuition, you know, apply these things and whatever feels right, go with that. Because there's a study, a narrative, a um experiment, uh results, uh, testimonials for anything you want. There are people out there saying you should drink your own piss. Drink your own piss, right? And I'm not necessarily knocking those people, but like the concept to me is is a little crazy, right? But they have testimonials, they have studies, right? They have applied things like that, and it's worked for those people. So more power to them for sharing what they feel they need to share. But for you, the one who is looking to make changes, the one who is looking to, you know, truly become a better version of themselves, that can be confusing. But you got to go with what feels right, right? And like for me to share all this is always
Diet Manipulation and Gimmicks
SPEAKER_00about showing you where my thought process is coming from. And at the ground level, the foundation level, it's always going to be nature. Right? Nature, how we were built, how we were designed, and proof of that through nature. Pretty safe to say there isn't another animal on the planet that drinks its own urine. Pretty safe to say that, right? I could be wrong, but I've never heard of it. Um, ultimately, we're talking about waste here, and I'm not gonna, you know, single out that particular type of diet, but it just goes to the point that there's so many diets, there's so many gimmicks, you know, and the word I really associate a lot of these diets and gimmicks and um supplements, GLP, you know, um programs per se, is um manipulation. And I'm not saying they're manipulating your mind, no, no, no, no. What I'm saying is because at the end of the day, whatever they're selling, you know, and who's ever selling it, they they may believe in that product. And that's okay. You know, more power to them. You know, they may have seen results that may resonate with them. But when I say manipulation, I'm talking about the effects of these gimmicks and supplements and injections and diets. It's more along the lines of how it's manipulating the body. It's always looking, I shouldn't say always, the majority of time, it is from the scope of adding something to your diet or lifestyle, or manipulating or changing something, or trying to go against the body's natural function and try to find a more efficient way, per se, through manipulation. It's almost like man slash woman is trying to outsmart nature. That is why I like to share where my thought processes and philosophy stem from nature. I'm not trying to outsmart nature. My philosophies don't try to outsmart nature, they try to educate people on what our physiology, what our biology is based on nature, based on what we see in nature. And these diets, they don't do that. They try to manipulate it. The carnivore diet is a manipulation, trying to find a more efficient way to burn energy than what our cells were built to do, what our body was built to do, how it was built to digest, how it was built to uh assimilate. And some of these things, you know, they show quick upfront results, right? For a for a plethora of different reasons, a myriad of different reasons, whether that's stimulation or you know, uh messing with the balance of hormonal activity, you know, uh a million different things because your body is always going to try to placate for whatever's going on. And sometimes it has to um, you know, allocate energy in certain areas more than others to be able to keep itself in balance. So you'll see results up front, but in the long term, what usually ends up happening, usually ends up happening is you see a major breakdown, you see something happen later in life. And it's hard to prove causation on any of this stuff because it's over such a long period of time. But we look at stuff with such a microwave mindset and look at what's going on right this second. Yeah, I could lose 15 pounds in two weeks. I'm in. Let's do it. And not really think of what the long-term effects are. And when those long-term effects happen, it's so out of sight, out of mind, people don't really associate it with that, right? You can't prove the causation. But when you're messing with the balance of the body and when you're messing with what is natural, there's always going to be repercussions. You might plug one hole, but you're opening up others. That's why I use the word manipulation. It's the matrix effect. It is the red pill versus the blue pill effect of these dietary plans, and it disconnects you from your natural state because you get the allure of a result you're looking for by any means necessary, and when we're desperate, and society has made us desperate,
The Importance of Natural Health
SPEAKER_00made us desperate because it shows us this depiction of what beauty is and and how you know if you look this way, you're better. Like that's what society tells us. You're just a better person, you will be more successful in life. So we're all yearning for that, and we're looking to get there through these manipulations and these shortcuts, not really caring what's gonna happen on the other end. Right? That's the allure of the pill, right? But on the other end, you got the truth, and the truth is the faster and quicker we get to our natural state, to who we are, from a physiological and bio biological biological sense, like the better off we'll be for the long term. All right, so you have to understand that it's very, very, very important to understand the differences, right? You don't want to be manipulated. The keto diet, eating, you know, you know, disregarding carbs and eating only fat and and protein may show results up front because these are stimulating effects to the body, very similar to like coffee. But in the long run, and on the long-term sense of it, you know, it's going to do massive damage to the liver, it's going to do massive damage to the kidneys and other organs. It's throwing you completely out of balance, right? And that's like I said, I'm not here to attack all these diets, I'm just here to share information from a natural standpoint, a natural perspective. You know, drinking a Red Bull will give you energy. I can't deny that. But do you understand what it's doing to the body? Anytime you supplement or you consume something that is providing you something that the body naturally does, just maybe at a higher from a higher extent or for a higher extent, the body's going to stop producing what it needs to to provide that effect. It's going to rely on the Red Bull, it's going to rely on the coffee. And once you and then then then you're in a predicament because it's either you continue with the Red Bull or you stop the Red Bull and now your body's not producing what it used to produce. You know, that's why people go through heavy detoxes when they stop drinking coffee or even stop eating meat. These are stimulating effects. For me, I've talked about it before. Giving up coffee was the hardest detox I've ever gone through. It was only a week long. I mean, I say only. It didn't feel like only when I was going through it, but seven days of pain giving up coffee. But after that seven days, my body regenerated, revitalized, and I haven't touched coffee since, and this is years ago. That's why when people give up certain drugs, they go through heavy detoxes, pain. Your body is getting back to its natural state, it's it's working to get back in balance, but it's been relying on outside elements to provide certain things. So it hasn't been producing it itself. That's why I keep using that word, manipulate. You never want to manipulate your body. And we're just at a point where technology and man and woman trying to outsmart nature has become such a goal, such a mission, that everything has become manipulation. Like, I mean, people are talking about manipulating the weather by adding an extra sun or creating a simulated sun and you know, just messing with nature in so many different ways, and it's all a manipulation. Nature will always provide as long as we allow it to, but we keep stepping in and fucking shit up. So that's what these diets and gimmicks do. They they add elements instead of removing, they they focus on adding elements instead of removing
Elimination vs. Addition in Diet
SPEAKER_00the obstacles. If we want to get healthy, we need to remove and eliminate versus add. Alright, it's not about adding fruit to your diet, it's about removing all of the unhealthy foods and habits that you have been eating. Remember, you heal best when you fast. Why? Because you're removing everything. So your body can utilize its full surplus of energy and allocate it specifically to healing the body. When you eat, that takes up energy, digestive energy. Now, eating fruits is obviously very energy efficient because it's the easiest food to digest, and it's high electric, high hydrating foods. So obviously, we need food, we need fuel, and that is the optimal fuel. But getting healthy is about eliminating things. It's not about adding. It's not about, man, I need to eat the carnivore carnivore diet because it's going to give me heavy protein and heavy fat, you know, and less carbs because carbs are associated with blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And, you know, the Mediterranean diet's great because it's great in uh omega-3s and omega-6s, and studies have shown that people live longer when they're on the Mediterranean diet because it's giving you this, this, and this. It's always about giving you. That's the mindset of a society that's been eating a diet that's been lacking in nutrition. That's what that is. The reason all of these diets, the reason the supplements are such a thing to push, vitamins, is because we have been conditioned around a diet that is lacking in nutrition. Plain and simple. When you eat from the fruit and vegetable kingdom, that's all taken care of. Heavy vitamins, heavy minerals. You know there are thousands of vitamins and minerals that haven't even been discovered yet that are in fruits and leafy greens and veggies. Thousands. We've only skimmed the surface of all of the true nutrition that those foods give you. So that's why when I hear a lot of these commercials and ads and stuff about supplements and you need to take this and even up to herbs, you know what I'm saying? And I'm not here to knock herbs, you know. I'm that it's complicated when it comes to herbs. I might do a podcast specifically on that. But, you know, when we're talking about supplements and we're talking about vitamins and just any type of isolated something to provide your body with something. That's why I just kind of shake my head because once again, it's always focused on adding something instead of removing the condition, removing the obstacles, so your body can start producing those things itself, or your body can actually uh start absorbing those things because that's another big thing, too. You know, but it's also the mindset of the allopathic community and their reliance on blood tests. Like everything is about the blood. Not that the blood isn't important, of course it is. That's what transports the nutrients, you know, throughout the body, you know. Obviously, that's uber important, but to base health on just the blood, you know, is is misleading because your elimination system is more vital to your health. Because that's what's taking and breaking this stuff down and removing what is not serving your body. Without that removal, disease is imminent, weight gain is imminent. So, like, we're stuck in the matrix with people looking for shortcuts and people looking to manipulate their bodies. And we see it physically all the time, right? People, you know, getting lifts and um Botox now is a huge thing, right? Um, you know, BBLs, all these different things, right? Like people are just trying to manipulate themselves instead of putting the work in. The path of least resistance. You know, I when I work with clients, you know, a lot of clients that um want to
Finding Your Path to Health
SPEAKER_00lose weight, one of the first things I tell them is like losing weight does not mean you're getting healthy. But getting healthy will result in losing weight. It's about getting the body
The Pursuit of True Health
SPEAKER_00in the right conditions, and then everything else will take care of itself instead of focusing on the one thing and manipulating your way to get there and not really having a uh not really focusing on everything that surrounds it. Because there's a lot of innocent bystanders when you start manipulating the body. Your body is a system, it works in conjunction with itself. Like you mess with one area, it's going to have an effect on another at some point. So we got to start looking at the body in that sense. You know what I'm saying? And I get it, it's so hard because of all of the noise. Everything you see, everything you hear. You got Charles Barkley getting on Ozempik, losing all this weight, and you look at him, and he's a multimillionaire and a personality and a celebrity idol, all these different things. And obviously, he's not the only one, but I'm using him as an example just to say, like, man, you see him on TV and he does this, and then you're you're at home and you're like, man, I want to lose weight. He did it that easy. Why can't I do that? That's the allure. You get so focused in on the weight that you're not concerned about everything that comes along with it. And how Ozempic truly throws your body completely out of balance and has incredulous long-term effects. And you're not getting to the root of the issue. You know, people have leaned on things like genetics, and I was born big boned, and or I got a thyroid issue, right? All three of those might be the case. But not one of them are an excuse. Like you can actually, I mean, you have the the the ability to
Understanding Self and Intuition
SPEAKER_00heal yourself, to lose weight, to be in a better space. Even mentally, even from a mental health standpoint, there's still a source, a root source. Now, if people go through traumatic events, and obviously that will throw anybody out of balance. But there's a path to get back getting back to your to your to your natural self. That starts with, you know, what does your environment look like? Your internal environment, what are you eating? Because when you eat the right foods, that puts everything back into balance. And now your body is working at its optimal self. And that's what we ultimately want to get to. You know what I'm saying? So that's why, like, my philosophy, my eat philosophy, what I preach and tell and share is about eliminating things and ultimately giving your body the conditions to work at its optimal abilities, its capacity. That doesn't mean that you got to become a frugivore tomorrow. But that right there is the you need to look at that, you know, from this perspective as the gold standard. And how close can I get to that? How much cooked food am I eating? Shit, 80% of my food is cooked. Okay, I need to start adding some more raw food in there. I'm pretty far from the gold standard. And you may never come close to the gold standard, but that's okay as long as you're getting closer. You understand the relationship with health. Because if someone were to ask me, this is crazy if you think about it. If someone were to ask me, do you know anybody that's healthy? I would say no. And you know, you might hear that and be like, what are you talking about? There's plenty of people that are healthy, I see them all the time, right? Health is ultimate homeostasis, it is balance within the body. And because every person I know is coming from a diet that is absolutely unhealthy and creating obstacles and you know, over-acidic, that even if they've adopted a full frugal diet to the T, they still haven't made up for all the years that they've eaten bad food. Like it takes a while for the body to completely clean itself out. Not to mention, even if they get to that point, they still have the toxicity that is in our environment and mental stress and all these other things that have an effect on the body. Now, there's people that are healthier than others, but if we're talking about pure health, like the the pinnacle of health, like the word, the epitome of health, I can't
The Impact of Diet on Awareness
SPEAKER_00say that I know anybody that is. But we're all working to become healthier, all right? Health, being healthy is being at that gold standard, cleaning out your body to where it is free of toxicity. So we want to get as close to that as possible, and to me that makes sense. Like, and I try to share that with you guys. I try to share with you guys, like that is the truth. When we're talking about from the matrix standpoint in the pills, the red pill, red pill, and the blue pill. Like, that is the truth. Because when you look at nature, that's what you see. You see animals eating their natural diet. And we as humans, we're the only animal that doesn't. That's why we suffer from all the different diseases that animals never get. So it's based on a root and a foundation of nature, and this has no manipulation involved because it's allowing the body to do what it was designed to do versus trying to manipulate it to do something else. And that in in its that in itself is disconnecting you from your natural state. Plain and simple. Because why would you go through the pain of improving yourself if you don't even appreciate yourself? No, you're gonna look for the shortcut because you're trying to
Decoding the Body’s Signals
SPEAKER_00placate specific insecurities to get by. But when you truly have that self-worth, you know yourself, you love yourself, then you're going to not just think about the insecurities that you may have, or not just want to improve one or two things, you want to improve the whole and understand the ramifications of taking a shortcut. This is a whole body experience, physical and etherical, mind, body, soul, mind, body, spirit. So you got to get to know yourself. You know, if it's meditation to help block out the noise. So when you do receive information, you'll understand if it was intuitively guided towards you or not. And here's the greatest thing about it. When you change your frequency, when you get in tune with yourself, when you are living in alignment, when you make the decisions of, man, this is these are the things I want in my life. This is for the betterment of me. This makes me a better version of me. That signal that you're sending out, that frequency you're sending out, is only gonna bring in things that are in alignment. So when you're randomly scrolling on, you know, social media and something pops up and it resonates just off a first glance, you don't really have to think about it. That was that that frequency aligned with your frequency. That's what I mean when I say intuition. That makes the decisions that much easier. I mean, look, if I knew that I would be in this place right now in 2026, I don't know, 10 years ago. Or if I even, you know, if somebody even mentioned that to me 10 years ago, I probably would have laughed. I would have laughed. But as I became one with myself, I never questioned where I was guided. And I was guided down this path and have applied these principles because it resonated, because it was on my frequency, as I became to ascend. And here I am, ten years later, telling thousands of other people about it, and that's a beautiful thing. So it can be confusing, right? We are in the matrix, specifically from a health standpoint. My goodness. We are the most unhealthy first-world country on the planet. Yet we probably have more resources than any other country. Or at least that's what they tell us. So we have to take this power back. We have to understand the truth. We have to look within ourselves to help guide us the correct direction. And, you know, once you get yourself on that right frequency, just start trusting your intuition. You know, the cleaner you get with your diet, the the higher your awareness becomes when it comes to what you eat and how you feel. Because when you eat a shitty diet, and if you eat the standard American diet, you're eating what most people are eating, you're never gonna know what's making you feel a certain kind of way. You're never probably gonna even question it because you think that's normal. Yeah, there's no way to pinpoint anything because you're just eating a bunch of shit at the end of the day, you know, combining all kinds of different foods, and you know, your system is just screaming like, my, you know, what in the hell is all this? It might build a tolerance over a while, things of that nature, but when you start cleaning it up and your body starts healing, getting back to its natural state,
Navigating Health Trends and Misinformation
SPEAKER_00when you start eating things that are not natural, your body's gonna tell you real fast. Real fast. And when that starts happening, that's when you know, okay, I'm really, really doing something here. It's it's a very enlightening feeling, very enlightening to know that now when I eat something that is outside of the natural diet, my body speaks to me immediately. Immediately. That's power. That is the wisdom of our bodies, that is the intelligence of our bodies. And the fact that the majority of us out here are don't even understand, don't even understand that exists is a problem. It's a problem. Case in point, like I we we've had multiple dogs, right? And we feed dogs their natural diet, which dogs are omnivores, right? They eat some fruits, they eat meat, um, and if they and you know they drink water, and for instance, if the water, if we feed them like regular public water, they know we tried to feed them distilled water, and they wouldn't touch it because it wasn't natural, right? It didn't have any chemistry in it. So they deciphered between you know public water, um, reverse osmosis water, spring water, and distilled. We try to feed them bananas that aren't ripe, they won't eat them. Naturally, they know. Like they have the intelligence within their senses to understand this food is not ready to be eaten, it's not to be consumed. We've lost that intelligence as a whole because we've bombarded our bodies with a bunch of bullshit. So we got to clean ourselves out so our bodies can operate like they're supposed to, like they've been designed to. So we can tell when we're eating something we're supposed to and when we're not. You know, people talk, you know, one of the big things, you know, when it comes to the gut is your irritable bowel syndrome. People dealing with irritable bowel syndrome, and that's been diagnosed as a disease, as an ailment. But if it's happening when you're eating foods that you're not supposed to be eating anyway, how is that a disease or an ailment? That's your body doing what it's supposed to do. Foreign chemistry going into my body, and my body is either going to deal with massive inflammation or is going to try to get rid of it as soon as it possibly can. That's your body working optimally. Now the inflammation is through, obviously, uh it's a chronic issue that's continuing, continuously happened over and over and over again. But when you have bowel movements or diarrhea or something like that, when you're eating food you're not supposed to, that is not a body problem. That is a you ate the wrong shit problem. And for those who can eat anything, the ones that they say have an iron stomach, that just means you've built up a tolerance to tolerate this bullshit. It's no different than someone who can tolerate more alcohol than somebody else. It's the same concept. Both are poison, one's just at a higher level.
Embracing Inner Truth for Health
SPEAKER_00So before you start making decisions on what diet you want to take or how you want to approach your journey of getting healthier, I would just advise you to get in touch with yourself first so your body and your signal and your frequency can put you in the right position to make those intuitive decisions. Because if you're operating at a low frequency and you're not in a place where you love yourself and you're going through things, you're going to be attracted to the shortcuts, to the manipulation, because it's easier. You got to get in touch with yourself. I mean, that's what I credit my my journey on my ascension. Because if this was 10 years ago, or 20 years ago, I wasn't ready for this. Hell no. I've been talking about, I mean, I've been interested in becoming a vegetarian since I was in. you know, a teenager, but I always what the way my mindset was, I thought that was like man, impossible. Straight up. Thought it was impossible. There's no way. Absolutely no way. I wasn't ready for that. So get yourself in that right, that right space mentally, emotionally, and then these things will come naturally to you. Naturally. I venture to say if you're listening to this, you are on a higher frequency. And your intuition is telling you something right now. And I think you should listen. Because it's pretty safe to say with what I talk about and who I am and my brand and everything that you wouldn't be listening to this if you weren't in that type of space. Or at least curious about it or on the path, right? So there's a reason you're hearing this. Don't take those things lightly. There are no such things as coincidences. There's no such thing. Give yourself credit. Appreciate your body's ability your your energy's ability to align you in the right place. So you know when you're watching TV ads and and you know you keep hearing about all these different different things and look something's going to come out tomorrow that they're going to say is this is it. This is the pinnacle this is the diet this is the the supplement I'm telling you this is great. This this this five stars across the board studies from Blase Blase says like this is you know one of the easiest and natural ways to do this, that, and the other something's gonna come out tomorrow, just like that. I want you to think is this a manipulation is it manipulating something or is this something that's organic to the design of my body right? Is this adding something to my diet or you know to to nutrition or is it removing the obstacles to allow my body to actually heal itself? Is it getting to the root and foundation of my issue is it for the betterment of me or the detriment of me in the long run? Ask yourself those questions. And that'll that'll that'll help you come to the conclusion on if you should try that or not. You know I um I get all these different ads on my Facebook feed you know about health all the time. You know if I'm talking about something on a podcast I'm probably gonna get a bunch of stuff that I've just been talking about. And one of the big things I'm seeing now is this mushroom tea that's supposed to somehow um help you lose all your visceral fat. So if I take this mushroom tea I'm gonna lose visceral fat in you know a couple weeks a few weeks and you know I'm just you know the way I look at things I start dissecting things I'm like okay so I'm adding something that's not natural to my body right and that is going to help me lose something that was accumulated from eating the wrong foods as well. Does that make sense? No, it doesn't make sense. What's it probably gonna do it's probably gonna make me shit um a lot more than usual and I probably will lose more weight because of that um but what what's it doing to my body on the other end it's not adding hydration definitely not um it's not adding electricity it's not adding things that are going to benefit me so I'm good I think I'm good with the the the mushroom tea but that's kind of what happens you know and a bunch of different things right um the another one I see all the time is about your fat your fascia and how you know that's that causes huge buildups and you need to do these specific exercises and blase blase which I'm not knocking that exercise or anything like that by any means but you know you have to ask yourself how you got in these situations in the first place you know um I know that as we get older these things build up and then we start having joint pains and we start having stiffness because of the lack of hydration that we that we have so if we're lacking hydration or in our 40s and 50s and 60s and 70s and are having trouble moving or we don't move like we used to or it hurts when we do this that and the other we're dehydrated like it's like the easiest problem in the world like just start hydrating yourself start eating more hydrating foods. Remember you could drink all the water you want your body absorbs water from the food better than anything anything what does that mean? Okay I need to eat way more raw foods than I'm eating cooked like it should be it should not be in balance it should be uh a water rich dominant diet that will solve so many issues but that's not really promoted I mean drinking water is promoted to a certain level and that's okay but they're even trying to manipulate the water they're trying to get people to drink special water what adding you know heavy alkalized water what water is neutral like it's supposed to be it's a it dilutes you know you don't drink water to necessarily absorb much from it it is mostly a dilutant like you know shout out to Lauren Ferris the solution to pollution is dilution we eat our food to get hydrated but if you're not eating any hydrating foods then guess what you're gonna be dehydrated plain and simple the amount of water you need to drink to stay hydrated on a like a fully cooked diet which most people are eating now fully cooked meaning 80 to 90 percent of the food they eat is cooked they'd have to drink somewhere around three gallons of water a day just to even come close to being hydrated and I don't know anybody who's doing that they'd be they live in the bathroom they'd be peeing all day so that's not the answer the answer isn't drink more water the answer is get more water from your food and remember when you cook food I don't care what it is you're cooking you're losing water from that food you're cooking the water out of that food not completely but to a pretty high extent so let's we we gotta get out the matrix we have to we have to make the choice of truth over manipulation we live in a fake world a lot of Fugazi a lot of things we see on TV these these fake worlds that people live in these fake lifestyles this this fake idea of beauty this fake idea of health this fake idea of what they consider life need to get away from that and start focusing on truth and that truth relies within you always from the inside out never from the outside in you'll be able to make the decisions then you'll be able to get on the path to health because that's what it's all about we want to become the best version of us the best version of you so you gotta ask yourself in every decision you make is it for the betterment of me or the detriment of me there's no gray area it's one or the other peace love and light everybody I will be back next time with another episode of Nature over everything. All right let's get out the matrix right and do it for the collective consciousness of the world
